WARSAW, Ind., Aug. 7, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — Zimmer Biomet Holdings, Inc. (NYSE and SIX: ZBH) today reported financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. The Company reported second quarter net sales of $1.942 billion, an increase of 3.9% over the prior year period, and an increase of 5.6% on a constant currency1 basis. Net earnings for the second quarter were $242.8 million, or $415.0 million on an adjusted1 basis.
Diluted earnings per share were $1.18 for the second quarter, and adjusted1 diluted earnings per share were $2.01.
