Painter brings more than 20 years of sales, marketing and business development experience in the medical device industry, with an emphasis on the orthopedic, biologic, and spinal markets. He has guided teams achieving high revenue growth, created market-leading distribution networks, launched successful product commercialization efforts, and built world-class surgeon champion teams.

Painter has held various sales and marketing leadership positions in the orthopedic and spine industries, such as Johnson & Johnson, Medtronic Sofamor Danek, NuVasive, and Stryker.
