Here are five recent mergers and acquisitions that took place among spine and orthopedic companies.
Cytos Biotechnology and Kuros Biosurgery merged. The merger will act as an exchange of Kuros shares for new Cytos shares, subject to shareholder approval and other customary conditions. The companies named the combined entity Kuros Biosciences.
